ELYON'S BARRIERS



In another world before Earth's time, Bumpus, a Hooni'i inventor, seeks to discover the meaning of the Deity's invisible barriers that protect their kind from the higher specie factions beyond them. Meanwhile, those factions, the Zauphrii and the Rauthlin, have been waiting for millennia for the season when the barriers are rescinded one to execute judgement for the treason of the Great Rebellion, and the other to continue it.

The barriers are rescinded and Elyon sends a lion army to execute judgement upon the land. However, a lioness is sent to protect a special young Hooni'i child marked by Him. Without the barriers, factions look to carry out their hearts desire to eradicate each other. Meanwhile, General Zerrah is appointed the 29th Lord of the Zauphrii. He proceeds to forge alliances with the Hooni'i and lion army to contend against Rauthlin forces. But the Rauthlin's desire is to continue the original rebellion and annihilate all who stand in their way.

The Battle Within



The war continues and the death toll mounts. Strain and division seep into the Zauphrii and Hooni'i camps. Meanwhile, as a result of Rog's uniting the Rauthlin Kingdom under his banner, his queen tailspins into insanity, and murderous jealousy, following the inheritance of a lower queen from their previous conquest. The domestic situation interferes with the Rauthlin priority to push their forces to the brink of Zauphrii land and hunt for the Hooni'i inventor that caused them defeat. At the height of insecurity and frustration, all must turn to face a new threat when foreign creatures join the war. (in process)

Druce sneered at the enemy over the plain. "Vomit mingles with vomit. Elyon's dogs have returned to their own puke."

The High Priest was draped in the ceremonial orange robe tied with a red sash. His head was wrapped tight with a red turban. His black feathers hung underneath to his shoulders. He bowed his head as Reelema stormed into the chamber.

"She's gone too far Dracorsas! It's bad enough I must deal with her outburst, but she attacked me with a dagger this time. She tried to kill me! If it wasn't for Olog shoving me out the way, I would be dead." She threw up her hands. "Olog saved me, of all Rauthlin," she repeated sarcastically. "She must be stopped!"
